Cherry Pits, Mother Nature's Heating Pad and Cold Compress! For centureis, they've been used for compresses, heating pads and bed-warmers. Now you can enjoy them too. Designed for years of reliable use, your pack can be heated and/or frozen over and over again. Each cherry pit heats/cools separately, giving it a soothing therapeutic, massaging affect. The first several times you heat your pack, it will have a moist cherry aroma. This is NATURAL, and will dissipate with each use. *For Aromatherapy benefits, add a drop of essential oils to your pack before heating in the microwave. Some favorites are Lavender, Peppermint and Eucalyptus. (not included)

Directions:

For soothing massaging HEAT therapy:
*Heat in Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. (Handle with care, may get VERY hot).

For soothing, massaging COLD pack therapy:
Remove from Ziploc, Place on affected area.
Keep in Freezer, store in Ziploc bag to deter odors.
